Thank You for Visiting Us in Baltimore at the AALAS National Meeting

Friday 11/02/18

It was another great year for Animal Care Systems at the 69th annual AALAS National Meeting!  It was a pleasure having the chance to meet those of you who were able to stop by. The attendance was very high this year — more than 4,700 people attended the meeting, which was 15 percent higher than in 2017.

We launched and featured our new GenII Blockparty — this accessory allows rats (and any rodent smaller than a rat) to travel freely from one cage to another — up to six cages can be joined.  This new feature maximizes options such as increasing experiment group size, managing new breeding schemes, addition of additional enrichment or test equipment in adjoining cages, self-training for behaviour research, preference testing; really, the only limitation to this accessory is your imagination!

We also featured all of our current Animal Care Systems products, including our unique patented caging system. This is always an attendee favorite!

Two posters were presented from City of Hope, a valued Animal Care Systems customer. Please check out the posters here and here.

Stay tuned for the details of an exciting project that featured spontaneous testimonials in our booth this year.

If you couldn’t find the time to visit, we’ll see you at upcoming conventions.
