Postnatal Development of the Craniofacial Skeleton in Male C57BL/6J Mice

For C57BL/6J male mice, postnatal day 60 is the earliest time point at which the skull achieves its adult shape and proportions. In addition, C57BL/6J male mice appear to have an inherent susceptibility to craniofacial malformation. Mice were housed in Optimice cages.
