Development of Outbred CD1 Mouse Colonies with Distinct Standardized Gut Microbiota Profiles For Use in Complex Microbiota Targeted Studies

Outbred CD1 mouse colonies with stable, complex gut microbial profiles were produced to be used as donors for a variety of GM transfer techniques. Cohorts of these developed colonies were send to collaborating institutions, one of which uses Optimice caging. Keywords: Gnotobiotic, Microbiome, Gut Microbiota, Optimice, CD-1, Mice, Mouse.
