A class of environmental compounds derived from dietary, microbial, and industrial sources that induce CD1d-dependent intestinal inflammation is identified, that are potentially associated with Intestinal Bowel Disease. Development of Outbred CD1 Mouse Colonies with Distinct Standardized Gut Microbiota Profiles For Use in Complex Microbiota Targeted Studies
